It’s the final episode of the season and we definitely couldn’t predict the nature of this conversation. Taking an assessment of current times, we discuss where we are at in our own working lives during quarantine. Importantly for us, we consider the ways in which COVID-19 and the surge of the Black Lives Matter Movement can offer an open for real change moving forward.
